RATA for Canva: Support

Quick guide

1. Open RATA in Canva (Apps). The first time, you get a 7-day trial with 5,000 free Vbee points.
2. Add elements: click an element on the slide in Canva, then ＋ Add. Shapes and groups: ⋯ menu › Pick shapes and groups. Drag ⋮⋮ to change the reading order.
3. Write the script: click an element row to open it. ⏸ Pause ▾ inserts a pause at the cursor; select words then 🐢 Slow to read them slowly; Aa Reading adds a pronunciation to the dictionary. Ctrl+Z / Ctrl+Y to undo / redo.
4. Create and listen: ✦ Create, then Listen. Unchanged parts cost no points.
5. Insert into Canva: select all pages › Edit as video (once). Set the slide length to at least what RATA shows. Put the playhead at the element’s Appears at time and click Insert; or Insert all for the whole slide as one clip.
6. After the trial: Settings › Plan › Buy RATA · VietQR (249,000 VND / 12 months), and Settings › Vbee to connect your own Vbee account.

FAQ

Where do I find my Vbee App ID and Token?

Sign in at vbee.vn and open the API section. No account yet: create a Vbee account.

Why isn’t the audio on the right slide?

Canva inserts audio at the playhead, on the design’s shared timeline. Open the right slide and put the playhead at its start (or the Appears at time) before you click Insert.

I deleted the audio in Canva but RATA still says it’s inserted.

Canva doesn’t let apps read the timeline, so RATA only knows what it inserted. Click Deleted in Canva? in the slide status line to tell RATA.

If I uninstall and reinstall, do I lose my plan?

No. Your plan, settings and data belong to your Canva account in that team. Another Canva team counts as a new account; contact support if you need to move your plan.

I paid but the plan isn’t active.

Go back to Canva and wait a few seconds on Settings › Plan. If you transferred less than the price, transfer the rest with the same note. Still not active? Send us the order code.

How do I get a refund?

Within 7 days of payment, email support with your customer code (Settings › Plan), the order number and the reason. See the Terms.

How do I delete my data?

Settings › Plan › Delete my data. See the Privacy Policy.

RATA works with Canva and is not a Canva product. RATA is not part of Vbee.
