These terms apply to the RATA app for Canva (“RATA”), provided by Fox40 Agency (operated by Mr. Phan Bảo as an individual, tax code 8559094628, 101 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh, Ninh Kieu Ward, Can Tho City, Vietnam) (“we”). By using RATA you agree to them.
- What RATA does. RATA reads your presentation script aloud with Vbee voices, helps you time slide elements to the narration, and inserts the audio into your Canva design. RATA works with Canva and is not a Canva product. RATA is not part of Vbee.
- Free trial. The first time you open RATA you get every feature for 7 days, with 5,000 free Vbee points. During the trial, while you haven’t connected your own Vbee account, RATA creates audio with Fox40’s Vbee account and counts the points against your free points. The trial ends after 7 days or 5,000 points, whichever comes first. One trial per user per Canva team; we may end a trial that is being abused.
- RATA plan and payment. The RATA plan costs 249,000 VND for 12 months, prepaid by VietQR through PayOS, and does not renew automatically; we remind you before it ends. Buying again before it ends adds 12 months after the current end date. The plan belongs to your Canva account in the team where you bought it. You can also pay by card / PayPal through Freemius: 9 USD for 12 months, paid once, no automatic renewal. Prices are shown before you pay.
- Refunds. You can ask for a refund within 7 days of payment, for both VietQR (PayOS) and card / PayPal (Freemius). Email support with your customer code (Settings › Plan), the order number and the reason. We refund the full amount of that order: VietQR by bank transfer back to the paying account; card / PayPal through Freemius to the original payment method. After a refund, the plan loses the 12 months it bought. After 7 days we only consider refunds when the problem is on RATA’s side.
- Your Vbee account. After the trial you need your own Vbee account. You are responsible for it, for its points and for following Vbee’s terms. RATA only estimates points; your real balance is on vbee.vn. RATA does not sell voice minutes.
- Your content. You keep all rights to your scripts and designs. You give us the permission needed to process them to provide RATA (send text to Vbee, store audio, insert it into your design). You must have the right to use the content you submit and must not use RATA for unlawful, misleading or harmful content, including imitating a real person’s voice without consent.
- AI-generated audio. Narration is generated by speech synthesis and may mispronounce words; review it before you publish.
- Availability. We work to keep RATA available but don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may change features and will tell you in advance about changes that reduce what a paid plan includes.
- Ending. You can stop using RATA at any time and delete your data in Settings › Plan › Delete my data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
- Liability. To the extent the law allows, RATA is provided “as is”, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
- Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
