This policy applies to every product and service under the Fox40 Agency brand, provided by Mr. Phan Bảo (an individual, personal tax code 8559094628) together with Fox40 Team. The fox40agency.com website only introduces products and does not take payments: you buy the RATA plugin inside your WordPress admin and RATA for Canva inside the app on Canva. Read it together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
1. Products, prices and where to buy
RATA – AI Text to Speech (plugin WordPress)
- Where to buy: install the Free version from WordPress.org, then buy a plan inside your WordPress admin (AI Text to Speech › Upgrade). Freemius, Fox40’s reseller, handles payment by international card or PayPal in USD. Introduction and pricing: RATA – AI Text to Speech.
- Yearly plans and prices: Free (WordPress.org, no charge) · Blogger US$9 for 1 website · Business US$29 for 3 websites · Agency US$79 for 10 websites (with tiers for 15, 20, 30, 50 and 100 websites). Over 100 websites: contact us for a quote.
- Trial: 7 days of the Business plan, no card needed.
- Renewal: renews yearly until you turn it off.
- Delivery: after payment, Freemius emails you the licence key, the invoice and the RATA Premium download link. The Fox40 account with the same email is upgraded to Customer level.
- Not included: Vbee points for AI voices. You use your own Vbee account; Vbee charges and collects the points.
RATA for Canva (an app inside Canva)
- Where to buy: right inside the RATA app on Canva, under Settings › Plan. Introduction: RATA for Canva.
- Price: 249,000 ₫ for 12 months by VietQR (PayOS gateway), or US$9 for 12 months by card / PayPal (Freemius).
- Trial: every feature for 7 days, with 5,000 Vbee points from Fox40; the trial ends after 7 days or when the points run out, whichever comes first.
- Renewal: pay once, no automatic renewal; Fox40 reminds you before it expires. Buying again while active adds another 12 months.
- Delivery: the plan activates automatically once payment succeeds and is tied to your Canva account in the team where you bought it.
- Not included: Vbee points after the trial.

Consulting and implementation (Odoo 20, websites, automation)
- Quoted by scope after the survey; carried out under a contract signed with each client.
- Payment in the instalments set out in the contract.
- Warranty, acceptance and refunds follow the contract. For websites built by Fox40: a 3-month technical warranty from handover (fixing display and programming errors within the contract scope), unless the contract says otherwise.
2. Payment methods
- VietQR through PayOS: bank transfer from a Vietnamese banking app, activated automatically when the full amount arrives.
- International card, PayPal through Freemius: charged in USD; Freemius may add tax according to where you live and shows it before you pay. VND prices (if shown) for USD plans are estimates only.
- Bank transfer under contract: for consulting and implementation services.
Fox40 does not receive or store your card numbers or bank account details; payments are handled by PayOS and Freemius.
3. Invoices and receipts
- Freemius emails an electronic invoice for every transaction.
- VietQR transactions show an order code in the app and in the confirmation email (if any).
- Businesses needing a Vietnamese tax invoice: send the company name, tax code, address, invoice email and order code to support@fox40agency.com within the month of payment.
4. Upgrades, cancellation and expiry
- RATA for WordPress: upgrade or turn off automatic renewal in your Freemius account (the link is in your purchase email). Turn it off before the renewal date and you will not be charged for the next period.
- RATA for Canva: does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
- On expiry: paid features pause; created audio, settings and data are kept for when you renew. The Customer level on fox40agency.com returns to Member level.
5. Refunds

- How to ask: email support@fox40agency.com with your purchase email or order code and, optionally, the reason. Fox40 replies within 2 business days and completes the refund within 7 business days after confirming; the time for money to reach you depends on your bank or PayPal.
- After a refund: the related licence or plan is revoked.
- Not refunded: Vbee points already used (Vbee charges them to your account); requests after the periods above; licences blocked for breaching the Terms of Service.
- This policy does not remove any consumer rights guaranteed by law.
6. Support and updates
- RATA for WordPress: Free through the WordPress.org forum; Blogger by email; Business by email, answered within 2 business days; Agency with priority, answered within 1 business day.
- RATA for Canva: by email, answered within 1–2 business days; see the support page.
- Bug fixes and new features are provided at no extra cost while the licence or plan is valid.
7. Complaints
Send complaints to support@fox40agency.com or call 0947 644 696, with your purchase email, order code and details. Fox40 confirms receipt within 2 business days and replies with the outcome within the period set by consumer protection law.
