Before you start
Does a small business need Odoo?
Not always. The survey shows which processes are worth digitising first; if your current tools are still enough, Fox40 will say so and suggest a simpler improvement.
How long does it take and what does it cost?
It depends on the number of modules, users and how much data needs migrating. After the survey, Fox40 sends a phased plan with a quotation for you to approve before we start.
Odoo Community or Enterprise?
Odoo has an open-source Community edition and an Enterprise edition charged per user. Fox40 recommends the edition that fits the modules you need and your budget, never pushing the paid edition.
Can old data in Excel or other software be migrated?
Yes. Customer and product lists, opening stock and balances are cleaned and imported into Odoo; both systems run in parallel for a short time so you can compare.
What happens after handover?
Your team is trained by role and gets its own user guides. Fox40 keeps supporting you, follows the numbers in the first months and adjusts when processes change.
