Quick start
- Install the plugin: Plugins › Add New, search for “RATA AI Text to Speech”, install and activate it.
- Open the settings: AI Text to Speech › Settings.
- Choose how to read: the browser voice (no account needed), or Vbee AI with the App ID and Token from the API section on vbee.vn.
- Choose where the player shows: post types, categories, pages; then save.
- Upgrade when you need to: AI Text to Speech › Upgrade to buy RATA Premium, or start the 7-day Business trial.

Where do I get the Vbee App ID and Token?
Log in to vbee.vn and open the API section to get the App ID and Token. No account yet: create a Vbee account.
How are Vbee points counted?
Characters sent × the voice factor (Basic ×1, Advanced ×2–3, Premium ×3–4). Unchanged parts of a post are never sent again. See your exact balance on vbee.vn.
Why does Vbee refuse a voice?
Some voices need a Vbee plan that includes them. RATA skips refused voices and writes the reason in the Log; check your plan on vbee.vn.
The queue does not move?
WordPress cron only runs when the site has visits. On quiet sites, set a system cron to call wp-cron.php every minute.
Readers still see the old player?
Clear your page cache after changing display settings; RATA clears the cache of common caching plugins automatically.
How do I move a licence to another site?
Deactivate the licence on the old site or manage it in your Freemius account (the link is in your purchase email), then enter the licence key on the new site.
Do I lose audio when the licence expires?
No. Created audio, settings and the dictionary are kept; paid features pause until you renew.
How do I get a refund?
