RATA – AI Text to Speech runs on your WordPress website. This policy explains what RATA stores on that website, what it sends out and what Fox40 Agency (operated by Mr. Phan Bảo as an individual, 101 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh, Ninh Kieu Ward, Can Tho City, Vietnam) receives.
Stored on your website
- Settings: reading mode, voices, display rules, pronunciation dictionary.
- Vbee App ID and Token (if you use AI voices): stored in your website’s database and only used to call Vbee.
- Queue, log and figures: which posts were sent to be read, the results, character counts and estimated Vbee points.
- Audio files: mp3 files created from your posts, kept in your website’s uploads folder.
- Readers: the player only remembers the chosen listening speed in the reader’s browser. RATA does not collect, store or send any information about readers.
RATA adds suggested text to Settings › Privacy that you can include in your website’s privacy policy.
Sent out
- Vbee (api.vbee.vn), only when you choose AI voices and have saved an App ID and Token: the title and content of the posts to read (after skip rules and the dictionary are applied), the voice, speed and audio quality. The voice list is only downloaded when an administrator clicks “Update from Vbee”. See Vbee’s policy at policy.vbee.vn.
- Freemius, only after you opt in or activate a licence: profile details (admin name and email), website details (address, WordPress and PHP versions, language) and plugin events (activate, deactivate, uninstall), to manage licences, plans, trials, payments and updates. See Freemius’s policy.
What Fox40 receives
- Through Freemius: the details above, with your plan, licence and orders (amount, transaction ID, date), to activate plans, send invoices and provide support. Payment is handled by Freemius; we never receive card numbers or bank details.
- Through support email: whatever you send us.
- We do not receive your post content, audio or Vbee Token; they stay on your website and go straight to Vbee.
- We do not sell data and do not use your data to train AI models.
Retention and deletion
- Data on your website stays there until you delete it. To remove everything when uninstalling, turn on the delete-data-on-uninstall option in RATA’s settings before deleting the plugin; RATA will then delete its settings, queue and log tables and the audio folder.
- Stop sharing with Freemius: use the plugin’s account section in your admin (Opt out).
- Payment records: kept for the period required by Vietnamese law.
- To see, correct, get a copy of or delete the data we hold, or to withdraw consent: contact support@fox40agency.com. We handle requests under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP.
