Last updated: 20/10/2026. These terms apply to the fox40agency.com website, member accounts, the document library, consulting and implementation services, and the digital products developed by Fox40 Agency.
1. Operator
The fox40agency.com website carries the Fox40 Agency brand and is operated by, and the responsibility of, Mr. Phan Bảo (an individual, personal tax code 8559094628); address 101 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh, Ninh Kieu Ward, Can Tho City, Vietnam; email support@fox40agency.com; phone +84 947 644 696. Fox40 Team is the group of collaborators who deliver consulting, implementation and support together with Mr. Phan Bảo.
In these terms, “Fox40” and “we” mean Mr. Phan Bảo, operator of the Fox40 Agency brand, together with Fox40 Team; “you” means a website visitor, member or customer.
2. Acceptance
By visiting the website, creating an account, sending a consultation request or buying a product, you agree to these terms, together with the Sales Policy and the Privacy Policy. Where a product has its own terms (for example RATA for Canva), those terms apply wherever they differ from this page.
3. Services and products
- Document library: processes, templates and operations guides; free to read or by account level.
- Consulting and implementation: Odoo 20, websites, operations automation. Scope, schedule and cost follow the quotation or the contract signed with each client.
- Digital products: the RATA – AI Text to Speech plugin for WordPress, the RATA for Canva app and other Fox40 plugins, sold as time-limited licences (see the Sales Policy).
4. Member accounts
- You sign in with a Google or Facebook account; your Fox40 account is created from the email that provider verifies. Fox40 never receives or stores your social media password.
- Each account is for one person. Do not share, rent, buy or sell accounts.
- Your account level (Member, Customer) decides which documents you can read. The Customer level is tied to a valid product licence bought with the same email.
- You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
5. Intellectual property
- Content, documents, images, source code, designs and the Fox40 and RATA trademarks belong to Mr. Phan Bảo (Fox40 Agency brand) or to parties that licensed them to Fox40.
- You may read, save and print documents for use in your own business. Do not copy, republish, resell or include them in other products or services without written permission. Short quotations must credit the source and link to the original page.
- WordPress plugins released under the GPL keep all GPL rights. What Fox40 sells is the activation licence (licence key), updates and support.
- Third-party names and trademarks (Odoo, WordPress, Canva, Vbee, Google, Facebook…) belong to their owners. Fox40 is not an official representative of these parties unless stated.
6. Content you send
You are responsible for the comments, reviews and consultation requests you send. Do not send unlawful, offensive or disguised promotional content, malware, or other people’s personal data without their consent. Fox40 may hide or delete infringing content without notice. By posting a public comment you allow Fox40 to display it on the website.
7. Prohibited behaviour
- Unauthorised access, vulnerability scanning, or bulk automated downloading (scraping) that overloads the system.
- Impersonating others; creating several accounts to abuse trials; using a licence on more websites or accounts than purchased.
- Using Fox40 products to create fraudulent content, or to imitate a real person’s voice or image without their consent.
8. Third-party services and referral links
Some features use third-party services: Google / Facebook sign-in, Freemius / PayOS payments, Vbee AI voices, Canva. Your use of these services is also governed by their own terms; Fox40 is not responsible for interruptions or changes on their side.
Some links on the website are referral (affiliate) links and are marked where they appear. Fox40 may earn a commission; the price for you does not change.
9. Information on the website
Documents and articles are for reference and do not replace legal, tax or accounting advice for your specific situation. Figures and regulations may change after the update date shown on each article.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- The website, documents and digital products are provided “as is”. Fox40 aims to keep them running but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Fox40 is not liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, data or business opportunity) arising from the use of the website or documents.
- Fox40’s liability for a product does not exceed the amount you paid for that product in the last 12 months.
These limits do not apply to liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded, including consumer rights under the Law on Consumer Rights Protection.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the website and products at any time. Fox40 may suspend an account or licence that breaches these terms after telling you the reason by email (except where immediate action is needed to prevent harm or is required by the authorities).
12. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, Fox40 updates this page and the date at the top. Changes that reduce what a purchased plan includes will be announced by email in advance.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Both parties will first try to negotiate; if no agreement is reached within 30 days, the dispute will be settled by a competent court as provided by law.
