The Listen button does not show #
- Is the post’s type and category ticked in the Display tab?
- Is Do not read this post ticked on the post?
- Using a block theme: place the player with the shortcode (see Player display).
- Clear the page cache and the browser cache.
- If the browser has no voice and the post has no Vbee audio yet, the player hides itself.
Vbee refuses a voice #
Some voices need a Vbee plan that includes them. RATA skips refused voices and writes the reason in the log; choose another voice or upgrade your Vbee plan.
“Wrong App ID / Token” or sending is blocked #
Your Vbee Token has changed or expired. Paste the App ID / Token again under Connection & account; once the connection check succeeds, the queue resumes on its own.
Readers still see the old player #
Clear the page cache after changing settings. RATA clears the cache of common caching plugins automatically; clear server or CDN caches by hand.
