The RATA plan #
A single plan unlocks all of RATA for 12 months:
- 249,000 ₫ / 12 months by VietQR (PayOS), or
- US$9 / 12 months by card / PayPal (Freemius).
Pay once, no automatic renewal; Fox40 reminds you before it expires. Buying again while active adds another 12 months. You use your own Vbee account; Vbee points are charged there (RATA does not sell voice minutes).
Pay by VietQR #
- Settings › Plan › Buy RATA · VietQR: opens the PayOS page; scan the code with your banking app.
- Go back to Canva and wait a few seconds in Settings › Plan: the plan activates automatically.
- Paid too little: transfer the rest with the same reference. Still not active: send the order code to support.
Pay by card / PayPal #
Enter your email in RATA and pay on the Freemius page; the invoice and licence key are sent to that email. If the plan is not picked up automatically, paste the licence key in Settings › Plan.
The plan is tied to your Canva account #
The plan, settings and data are tied to your Canva account in the team where you bought it. Removing and reinstalling the app keeps the plan. Switching to another Canva team counts as a new account; contact support if you need to move the plan.
