Getting started with RATA for Canva

RATA is an app inside Canva: you pick the elements on a slide you will talk about, write a script for each one, and RATA reads it with a Vbee voice and inserts the audio into your design.

Open RATA #

1. In a Canva design, open Apps, search for “RATA” and open it.
2. The first time, you get a 7-day full-feature trial with 5,000 Vbee points from Fox40; no Vbee account needed yet. The trial ends after 7 days or when the points run out, whichever comes first.

Your first narration in 4 steps #

1. Click an element on the slide in Canva (title, image, chart), then click ＋ Add in RATA.
2. Click the element’s row to open it and write its script.
3. Click ✦ Create to build the audio and Listen to hear it.
4. Click Insert to add the audio to your design (see Insert audio into Canva).

The panel follows the open page #

The RATA panel always shows the slide open in Canva (“Slide n/N”). To work on another slide, click that page in Canva. The speaker icon shows the slide status: 🔊 new audio inserted, 🔉 needs review, 🔇 no audio yet.
