What can RATA see in Canva? #
RATA only reads a design while you have RATA open in it, and only the elements on the open slide. Canva does not let apps read the timeline, slide durations or when elements appear; so RATA works out the timing and reminds you to set durations, while dragging on the timeline is done in Canva.
Where is inserted audio stored? #
In the Uploads section of your Canva account, managed by Canva; RATA cannot read or delete those files. On RATA’s server, audio no longer used by any design is deleted automatically after 3 days; for designs not opened in RATA for over 90 days the merged file is deleted, and opening the design and clicking Create brings it back at no cost.

Reading notes as a “Slide notes” element is coming in a later version.
Delete your data #
Settings › Plan › Delete my data deletes your Vbee Token, settings, scripts, audio and usage figures; the plan and payment records are kept. See the RATA for Canva Privacy Policy.
